Targets odours before ducting
 
It’s all very well using ducting to transport stale air out of your grow space - but the odour’s just travelling elsewhere! A more sensible option would be to eliminate these odours before they can move through your ducting. 
This is where the AirOzone comes in: it neutralises odours on contact, removing them in your grow room before they can move out and smell somewhere else. 
 
Odour-eliminating ozone generator
 
You’ll recognise O₂ as the chemical symbol for our usual source of oxygen. O₃, better known as ozone, has an extra oxygen molecule attached.
Oxygen likes to bond in pairs, so this third atom in ozone is volatile. It easily breaks off and binds with organic molecules. When this spare oxygen atom binds with another molecule in the air, it kills bacteria and removes any odours present. 
The G.A.S AirOzone contains plates that produce O₃ molecules, eliminating odours in the air. Place on the end of your carbon filter for an extra layer of protection before plant odours exit your ducting. 
These plates ionise odours on contact, rather than simply masking them like air fresheners. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

How to use the AirOzone?
 
Safety Guidance: Ozone can be very harmful to human health in high concentrations, especially when used in poorly-ventilated areas.
The ozone plates used in the AirOzone comply with EU safety standards. However, you must follow the instructions carefully and install the appliance as specified. 
Never connect the AirOzone to the mains unless it is installed in a sealed duct. Air must be flowing to the outside. 
Only ever run this appliance with your fans on and while you are venting air outdoors.
It is possible that the AirOzone may produce more ozone than is needed at any given time, leaving excess ozone in the air. Do not allow your ventilation system to flow into a closed or indoor area while you use the appliance; it may cause significant buildup of ozone which can be highly dangerous. 
Do not touch the inside of the AirOzone while it is connected to the mains. Its high voltage makes its conductive (metal) areas a risk of electric shock if touched while linked to a power source. 
Installation and Usage: The AirOzone should sit in the following order between your ventilation equipment:
Carbon Filter → Extractor Fan → AirOzone → Ducting
Secure each piece of equipment together using a clamp. We recommend that you use at least 5m of ducting to transport air outside. This is to allow the ozone significant time to react with the air inside the ducting. 
Only use metal ducting, as ozone may damage materials of other kinds. 
 
Where to use AirOzone?
 
Only ever use the AirOzone is areas where you are transporting air outdoors. You should only use metal ducting to transport stale air out of your grow room while using the AirOzone. 
The AirOzone will remove odours, stale air, and prevent mould formation in areas such as grow tents, grow rooms, sheds, and greenhouses.
